After sleeping off the long flight, headed to the centre and Koh San Road. Drank a shed load of booze, all drinks range from about £1-£2, as does the food. Large singha beers are the drink of choice. Arrived in Bangkok and found it really easy to get the train to the centre, took ages walking around to find our hotel, which was easy once we realised it is right near Nana Station, iCheck Inn. This area appears to be the red light district, quite scary on arrival with all the prostitutes and lady boys wanting to show the men 'a good time'. Good choices of food and plenty of alcohol. I am the only white girl in the whole area.

After spending christmas day at dads, eating ridiculous amounts of food, we flew 9pm from London Heathrow to Delhi, with a 2 hour stop over and arrived in Bangkok at 7pm. Heathrow was packed, saw several people with Santa hats. Had a really quick bottle of wine and had to run for our flight!
