Hey hey!!! Bet you wondered what we'd been upto it's been so long since an update! Well we are now in Brisbane after a fantastic few weeks in Sydney. Where do we start? Spent our final couple of days in Santiago Chile. Staying in Paris Londres a small victorian street very reminicent of Paris! Our hotel, the Hotel Vegas is right in the middle of this street that used to be frequented by the udesireables and is now a mix of bohemia and clip joints! Our room is lovely and it even has a turret!! Perfect for princess Sparkes! Walked for hours around the likeable city, getting excited about laving for OZ!

Mendoz Argentina...the rumours are true the steak and the wine are out of this world...you may notice the lack of photos, we spent most of our time drinking...I mean tasting wine and eating the most amazing beef ever (sorry to the veggies out there) Mendoza is a relaxed and very pretty city with wide tree lined avenues and a really European feel. We like it a LOT. The restaurants offer 5 star service and food with 3 star prices and completly unpretencious staff...

Oh wow! We were so worried that what we had seen of Chile so far would be it but we got the bus to Pisco Elqui where they make Pisco (newest fav drink, like a mix of fortified wine or rum mmm).
