Breakfast and off to Oktoberfest.
We caught a tram and arrived around 10.00. I was surprised to see how many people were drinking already. After exploring 1/3 of the venue we headed for our first beer tent.

The only way I can explain it is think of the Royal show and times it by 10 it is massive. I thought there would be only rows and rows of beer tent and an over 18-21 age limit but it is more like a show.
There are that many rides and for all ages There are whole families dressed in traditional Oktober dress It’s so amazing.

We went on to visit three tents to which the boys had a stein at each. Donna was told to try the pork knuckle so we all ordered it for lunch. They serve it as a meal for two because they are so massive.......well put it this way Jase and I could not finish one.

We then went and explored some more after the good old peer pressure I ended up on a Ferris wheel to which I pooped myself. I have to admit the view was spectacular. You could even see the Alps in the distance.

We then headed into the centre of Munich , the best way to describe it would be to think of Melbourne but with ancient buildings .
