Just waiting at airport for flight to Athens then Santorini . Can't wait. We have a two and half hour wait in Athens . But that's ok. Getting into relax mode with a book. Just sharing a photo of my favourite waiter Paola at the Firenzo restaurant last night. We gave our concierge Pietra the rest if iur Chianti wine as we hadn't drunk it all so he was pleased. We have however packed the remaining half bottle of limoncello in suitcase for Greece . Hope it doesn't leak. Messy and a waste. We met two kiwis on the transfer bus to airport this morning. First nzers we have met. Suddenly feel homesick. With 40 thousand or so at St. Peter's square yesterday I am feeling more and more like a small Nemo fish in the middle of the huge ocean. Have to board soon . I showed the kiwi couple my slides show of Venice and they were impressed. Thanks again Debbie for your camera. I will have to save up and get one . The photos look very professional and it's all on the automatic settng which is so easy. Miss you all see you in two weeks .
