Copacabana May 21 – 24 We left La Paz around 8am and quite an empty bus which meant we could spread out and have at least two seats each. La Paz May 19 – 21 We boarded the nightbus in Sucre and were glad to see that it was ‘Cama Suite’ which meant that the seats fully reclined. Obviously, being in Bolivia however, the roads were pretty bumpy and windy so it still wasn’t going to be the smoothest of journeys. Sucre May 15 - 18 As is usually the case the bus journey took about an hour more than expected, but initially the bus was quite comfortable. The problem we had was that this bus didn't have a toilet on board and the driver did not want to stop to allow people their basic human rights! We stopped after about three hours initially and found a bush to go behind, but after this the driver refused to stopfor six hours until we arrived in Sucre! Not great when you are...

Uyuni May 14 - 15 We arrived in Uyuni around midday having already been up for almost ten hours, only to be told that we didn't have lunch included as they didn't have time to prepare it! I'm inclined to think that this was an excuse to get home early on a Saturday!
