A memorial to Queen Victoria. George IV's only heir died at a young age in childbirth, so when he died, his brother William, became king. William had 10 children, but none by his wife, so at his passing his brother's daughter, Victoria, became Queen. And, as I've mentionted, Queen Victoria loved her Prince Consort Albert.
