Early the next morning we got a flIght out of Bangkok to Ko Phangan. This is where the full moon party is held. We stayed here three nights. The nights sleep and warm showers worked its magic on us, we were new people, refreshed, energised and ready to face the day. Getting our taxi into the city we found that our hostel was three streets from Koh San road, amazing! The hostel was beautiful, so clean and new, and we had a space to ourselves which was great! Thursday the 26th of september was defiantly a highlight of the holiday and probably a highlight of my life. When my travels are over and I am heading back to winter in Ireland I wouldn't be surprised it I named that experience as the best of my travels.
