Had a hectic but brilliant month catching up with friends and family. Three weddings and one house move (congratulations to James, Hannah, Pete, Mary, Teri-Ann, Mark, Sarah and Gary) later, I'm ready…

re: Ecuador, the land of discovery.Caroline Couturier Hi Jane Sounds like you are having an amazing time. The Galapagos Islands sound fantastic and very relaxing. When we were on Oz i loved watching the sunset when we were out on our boat cruise it is so peaceful. Sounds like you made the right choice staying on the boat. Keep writing your blog its great to hear what you are up to.

re: Chilly heights and sweaty nights in ColombiaHannah Hi Jane, what a great blog and the way you write is really lovely. particularly like this bit: "not a word of English was spoken and I was in a very happy place. It's fair to say that I had a moment, it was one of the highlights of the trip and I wanted to capture the magic for a rainy day but sadly my mind is the only instrument I had to record it." I know that feeling so well from experiences I have had. They come from no-where, are very special and can be quite over-whelming. Loved also the notes on Columbia as I had heard such good things about the place that I really felt I missed out not going. Although sounds lovely, maybe I can rule that one out for now. Can't believe you are moving onto your 9th country, incredible!!! Take care xx
re: Chilly heights and sweaty nights in ColombiaDave HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIS. Have a great day wherever you are. Keep the blogs coming too.xx
