Jane's latest entry
Sūwaymah, Jordan
It's 2am in the morning and the plane makes its gentle descent into Amman Jordan, we see a fairly extensive splattering of lights but it's dark, we are not sure to expect, but we are here! The long awaited trip to Jordan is happening.
We didn't have the all too regular scrum as taxi drivers (and non taxi drivers) fight over you. It's all …
Jane Gallogly It was fab and dad you should know by now I have a cast iron stomach! Although I couldn't face the chicken feet in Hong Kong ! Yeurghhh! Too much fun meant slow reading. I only finished Burmese days in Macau! Rubbish! Thank you though! Lots of love xxxx
re: Temples Of bagan, MyanmarAmanda Lacey Sounds amazing Jane - the pics are amazing too. I cannot believe you have got your phone back after all that!! Keep blogging! Take care, be safe, much love xx
re: Temples Of bagan, MyanmarTerry It sounds amazing, and beautiful. Perhaps the years of isolation have preserved it. My guess is that the next posting will feature the virulent stomach condition known as the Rangoon two step. Seriously though, it sounds fantastic, have a great time.

re: Hmmm!Terry Jambo Jane and Toni, Fantastic travelogue, I wish I was there. Do something for me, when you come in from a long hot dusty day on the plains, drink a long cold glass of Tusker beer and send a description of how it went down. No crocodiles yet ? Hakuna matata, you'll see them soon. We are all missing you, and envying you at the same time. Love, Dad, Paddie and Rose
