For dinner on the second night of our stay in Broome, we caught a bus from Roebuck Bay caravan park to Matsos brewery (pub) overlooking Roebuck Bay. Matsos is a boutique brewery that serves a variety of flavoured beers brewed on the premises. I tried the Ginger and Mango varieties which I gave the seal of approval. Tim tried a Pearling Masters brew. On a Sunday afternoon at Matsos pub, there is always live local entertainment. Matsos seemed to be THE place to be gauging from the people that were dining there.
