Hong Kong is great! there is a posh western side, and an older very chinese side. we went over to the posh area a few times which is called Hong Kong Island (we were staying in Kowloon - hard core!). I don't think me and alex have ever seen soooooo many chinese people, the city is so overcrowded. there are high rise flats wherever you look and more are being built, they use bamboo scaffolding and tie each piece together...crazy! oops!! ignore the dates! they...

after a 12 hour flight which totally got me over the fear of flying we arrived! it is such a mad place, everyone is tiny and they kept staring at me and alex. think we were staying in "the ghetto" though, we both did stand out...tall and white! found lots of shopping centres but they cram hundreds of shops in and have really low ceilings, was kinda like we were in a midget world! we didn't help ourselves when it came to eating supper, we thought we would try...
