Well guys the end of an era has arrived, and i have got to admit it was hard saying goodbye to the place you have called home for 4 and a half months, and the people you have called friends aswell. Got a wicked reception leaving though, cos smudge and Jon (you will see these guys in the next lot of photos) set of fireworks as i was walking up the pier. Jokers. After a lot of contemplating as to why i was leaving Koh Tao in the first place whilst i was on the plane i arrived in Bangkok at about 5pm local time yesterday (23/05/05). Checked in to my very retro hotel in Sukumvit and just chilled out with one of my first draught pints in 4 and a half months, it was awesome. lol. Went to the Grand Palace today, thought it was about time that i got a bit of culture inside me and it was pretty wiked, but im def not liking this whole travelling alone thing. Spose i will get used to it. Spent this afternoon shopping, just brought G-unit trainers (the real deal) for 15 quid. Wat a bargain. *I think its a good job that im only here for a few days cos otherwise i will spend all my money. Oh and ipod mini's are ridiculously cheap bout 100 pounds its a joke. Anyways im gonna scat before i spend anymore money. I think im checkin out a restaurant called cabbages and condoms 2nite where the after dinner mint is replaced in lieu with a johnny. lol.
