On the 28th we left Hong Kong on a high - we were able to check our bags in at the train station for our flight - now that is efficient ? We had an early start today 5am to catch our flight back to Hong Kong.  Again we flew to Shezhen in China and then caught the ferry back to Hong Kong.  We then sorted out our Japan railpass and headed off to our hotel.  We had a little snooze to catch up from the sleep and then headed out to Hong Kong Island to go up the peak.  Its a great view from up there and you see all the neon lights.
