I didn't get much of good sleep! Unfortunately my time of month is here. So had cramps through out the night!
I must say when I turned around to see Jacob sleeping like a baby made me jealous!
Thankfully he woke up about 9 so we had frosties for breakfast. As we got ready to make lunch, we realised the butter we bought yesterday was not butter!!! It was grey and SMELLY!! So our sandwiches was ruined!
We left about 11 to go to Reichstag building.
We didn't have a map so we went on underground train and went to a place which we thought looked crap! So we returned where we left and bought a map! Made our life much easier!
We arrived at the Brandenburg gate first and we were disappointed as they had machine where they lifted worker to clean the statues or whatever so it spoiled the view. I had more bad cramps during the day which annoyed me!!
Then it started to rain...we went under a shelter for a bit then we headed to the Reichstag building to go up the roof terrace and the dome.
I liked the way they built the dome! It had a mirrors tower down the middle of dome.
It started raining really heavily so we went underground and got some croissants.
It stopped raining when we finished our croissants so we walked and ended up realising the holocaust memorial was next to the Brandenburg gate!
So we got the tube again, to go back where we were, and it was sunny!!
We had a look around the blocks and queued up for the museum. Jacob forced me to put sun cream on (Probably owe him a big thanks because I would be definitely burnt if it wasn't for him)!!
The museum was good but the layout was a bit messy for my liking!
We went back to Charlie checkpoint and took photograph with the soldiers. We finally found Lidl so we bought our dinner and snacks!
We had mashed potatoes and broccoli! (Ready made of course seeing we don't have a cooker in the room!!) we messed up the pasta but Jacob still ate them! I had buttered breads. We bought corner yogurt alike, with chocolate balls and we both definitely enjoyed the little treat!
After our dinner, and feeling satisfied, we had a little walk around and found the Jewish museum that we are going to tomorrow...then headed back to have a good night sleep in this sexy hotel!!
