Hello again, time for another update. Currently resting in Chaing Mai which is to the north of Thailand, having some r&r. Head and shoulders above bangkok, could easily spend a couple of weeks here...laid back and chilled, perfect combination! Just come back from a 3 day trek up in the mountains around Chaing-mai, spent a night with some mountainous villagers (living it rough) and the next night we stayed next to some rapids, kind of surreal. Just settling into Thai lifestyle!! We are in Nappark hostel...a very modern building with pretty much constant a/c and internet downstairs (perfect!) Fred, WIll and I have just booked our trip up north to Chang Mai. 8 quid for a 12 hour coach up there...thai prices certainly suit our pocket. Slowly we are discovering the bars and restaurants, khao san road is the place to be...buzzing with crowds of all sorts- luckily with us being all over 6ft crowds aren't too...
