Hi all,

Moved out of Bangkok which was a bit of a relief to get away from the hectic way of life. Travelled by train which was very slow, over crowded, cheap but quite a fun experience. We're staying in a much smaller place till tomorrow where we set off for Chumphon for one night before catching a boat to Ko Tao. We have been to look at some temples at the top of hill which had some temples on the top of it aswell as to look at some cave full of Buddha stuff, all the information was in thai so we had nio idea what we were looking at but it was impressive all the same.

The mosquitos have really taken to me (Jack) and I think they thought it was an all you can eat buffet last night as I am covered in bites. Liz thinks shes developed Lesley's insomnia as she isnt sleeping during the night at all !!! Looking forward to being on the coast as its really hot and no where to cool down so looking forward to a dip in the sea. I'm loving the local food dont really know what I'm eating half the time but it all tastes good, but liz cant stop thinking about sandwiches and must at least talk about them twice a day.
