Hi Everyone,

Sorry we havent left a blogg for a while but we have been busy and on the move most days. We met up with Lesley and Derek (mom and dad cave) and have been travelling around with them since. We travelled up to Taupo where we did white water rafting which looked like a scene from Deliverance and we both totally enjoyed it. We then moved up to Waitomo Caves where we did Black Water Rafting (which isnt white water rafting in the dark) We were given inner tubes and a sexy uniform then descended into the caves, arse first on the tubes through a series of underwater streams and waterfalls with only glow worms to light the way, a truely beautiful expereince!! Lesley and Derek decided that they were too skilled to do it and opted for the glow worm tour (old person tour) instead and they really enjoyed it.

We left Waitomo for Rotorua which stinks of egg and spent the afternoon bathing in the hot mineral pools. We had a bit of a look around at the thermal mud pools and steam and took a few photos which we will update soon. The following day we went Zorbing, which if you dont know what it is already think of a giant hamster ball full of water being pushed down a hill with us inside which simulates a washing machine on full cycle. I dont think i have ever seen Liz laugh so much! We travelled up the Coromandel peninsular up towards Tutukaka and stayed there for a couple of nihgts. Me and Liz went to dive the Poor Knights Island (thanks mum) which was a littel colder than we were used to about 20 degrees but the marine life was incredible and can easily rival whats on offer at the Great Barrier Reef. Me and Liz went through underwater Caves and tunnels and even saw a giant Sting Ray. Lesley and Derek came along on the boat and went snorkelling around the dive sites and saw lots of the same fish that we saw. Its Dereks Birthday today and we are in the Bay of Islands looking for somewhere nice to go out for a meal for it.

We will try not to leave it as long before we write a blogg next time but when your having a good time its hard to be distracted by going on the computer.
