Sorry forgot to reply about the temperature in Oz - but I guess you know by now! Glad your enjoying pasta - we just rebelled and went out for a curry for lunch but have just checked my bank account and immediately regretted it, not to worry. Sounds like you got off lightly at QUARENTINE in the airport - NZ is just as strict, and i had to declare that I had mud on my walking boots from Oz and the security guy asked me if i knew i was supposed to have cleaned them - in my most innocent looking face i replied no - to be then told that my passport number and details would now go on their database and if i enter the country again and commit the same 'crime' i may face a fine or prosecution!! - i completely s*** myself! So well sounds like you'll need good luck! xx
