Today we went to the Wicklow Mountains. Took a drive through Glendaloughe which is known for its beauty. We ended the day at the Powerscourt waterfall. A really cool place where we did alot of trail hiking and exploring. Kade found what he swears was an old Hobbit house, lol. Kate went Hedgehog hunting but had no luck since the are nocturnal animals of course. Overall it was a awesome day to be outside in Ireland and we took advantage of it spending the day driving and hiking around the countryside. We finished the day at the hotel close to rhe airport so we could sleep in a bit in rhe morning. Got a long day saturday until we land in Rome Sunday morning. We are all excited to kick the adventure off in Italy, even if it means leaving Ireland. I love this Island and look forward to returning in the future. It always will be a special place for me. Onward to Italy with a short stop in Germany.
