Dogs and town planning were subjects I wanted to mention about Peru. Dogs - lots on the streets with no obvious owners but none maltreated or malnourished. A silent Help the 4 Legged perhaps? Town planning - conspicuous by its absence. Lots of half complete dwellings perched on hillsides with apparent indifference to visual impact of said edifice.
