Oh, to be back in Blighty!
A probable world record transit time through the new shiny Terminal 2 at LHR and into the waiting taxi back to Hove. I felt a little bad that between us we said no more than a handful of words to the driver before lapsing into light but rhythmic snoring around the M25.
So, overall what have we learned?
Bolivia …
Ed Tell me again what 'vanishing point' means.....

re: photo from 16 August 2014Ed Too cool NY in style..... We are in NY seated on Qatar Airways bound for Colombo via Doha , enjoy the big Apple we just skirted the city on the way down from Boston
re: New York look out!Ed Nice hat
re: The Sacred ValleyEd Gotta beat the mules, those things stink. I did the down - up the Grand Canyon in one day, so I know how it feels: no way to give up and turn back when the path to civilization is up.
re: What goes down, must come up, part 2Ed I want to know who spent the time to figure out this weird process would make a great red dye?
re: Disappointment in Nascajude FAB, things are on the up!! xx
re: Aguas Calientes, PeruTom Hi guys. Once again, I'm exhausted by what you've done already!! I'm looking forward to dinner and hearing all about it. Have a great time in Bolivia. All's well back at home. I'm getting ready to come for a wee visit to nearby Buenos Aires. I'll be thinking of you when I tuck into a juicy steak and entertain a little tango! x
re: Peru PostScriptStuart It has sounded like a perfect, albeit exhausting, experience sp far. I'd hate to guess at the number of photos you've taken. Next stop Bolivia ?
re: Peru PostScriptSimon and Mary hall Thank you for all this updating. Sounds as if you are having a fantastic holiday - looking forward to the viseo!! Love, Mum and dad
