As expected bit slow this morning but up and about by 7 as we had to have breakfast and pack up to arrive backin port at 9
Then 4 hours back to Hanoi with a stop at a Cottage Industry for the Disabled where we saw some excellent embroidered pictures. A purchase by Mathis and Tenzin who got the price halved by some very successful bartering - same on Alan liked so have been invited to stay with them in London to see it up and framed
Back to a hotel day room in Hanoi for a little bit of chill time before electric car tour around a massive lake then off to a traditional Tea House - quaint setting but the tea???
Then dinner at Koto (know one teach one) Restaurant an organization supported by Australian govt which takes Vietnamese kids off the streets and trains them in all aspects of hospitality to a very high standard enabling them to get jobs in 5 star hotels worldwide. Excellent Viet/Aussie fusion cuisine and good service
Back to hotel to pack up and go railway station to catch overnight train to Hue at 10pm
Cabin for 4 - us three and guy from Hanoi who got off somewhere at 4am
We loved the train, Josh reckoned it was a s***hole so he had the s***s up
Hue arrival around 10.30am tomorrow
