Thanks for the cute kangaroo for Cara's birthday. After a weekend of parties all three of us are shattered - 15 people for the family party on Saturday, 25 (!) friends on Sunday. But it was a lovely weekend and Cara was her usual cute sociable self. I'll send you piccies in an email - she's more little girl, less baby every day! Tina x

I'm alive, thanks to another very good doctor who took me a bit more seriously, I have a bad virus and due to my 'compromised' immune system because of my crohns a throat infection had got badly infected. Anyway he changed my antibiotics to the good stuff and doubled the dose and it seems to have done the job, as well as the best lozenges, although I'm to ration them unfortunately.
Thanks for the info on Nepal Joyce we'll look into it, it really would take the buscuit if we cant go there but fingers crossed. also sorry about your ailments too. (ian says wobbly legs).
Sarah, I will be there if you pay for me to be there, with your new high powered high paid job you could afford it!

Catherine great to hear from you, I'll explain the masterplan when I have a bit more time, you'll love newzealand and sydney. We're not going to be back in the uk till maybe beginning of july ish, then we travel the south coast looking for our dream home.
off to do last minute india preperations, we now have visas.
Cant wait to see Sue on Wednesday, yes we love chinese food, well any food although we may be sick of curries.

Yes claire that is a cop out its shocking I will have to slap with a fish you when i see you in france or push you in the swimming pool or i might make you wear a really awful dress. Yes I think i will do that, pink and fluffy with lace and a big bow at the back with thick tights.

My head is all swollen and I cant talk, hardly whisper without unbearable pain, but I have done my job (well its not really a hard one). The journal is up to date again, hope it answers your questions about the pinnacles Mum, oh and at the moment we arrive back in paris on 13th May and will be staying till the wedding, hopefully paying off some of our debts by selling indian stuff.

Sarah, Mum & Dad, Thomi, depending on my throat (should be better I'm on antibiotics) I'll try to call you all tomorrow, itll be saturday at 10/11am ish for you. If I dont I'll try the same time sunday. Sis, not sure about hen do, had to get ourselves 3000 in debt with the bank(thanks to all the major screwups that seem to be hitting us as we travel) and will have no jobs when we get back obviously, so getting to england and back for the wedding will be too much. I have however kept the return leg of the trip for 27th May to fly from paris to heathrow coz I though you were having it in brighton. basically I have less than no money, I woulf really love to go but might have to borrow the money off you to go indefinitley if I did so its sort of up to you, I honestly dont mind , it would be loads of money, to get to paris, then from heathrow to the lakes and back to france again. sorry. We're also trying as you know to set up the business when we get back after a trip to find somewhere to live in the uk, not sure a bank will touch us with all these debts when we ask for a business loan. anyway theres my answer sort of if you needed it asap, total cop out basically, sorry.

No No I'm not quite that old just yet. I'm not officially old until march 25th. We'll be in India by then so we might splash out and go for a curry.

hello you two. sorry not been posting here. Lost address. Hoppe you okay. Saw sam and cov last week looking lovely and healthy. Harry and woody move next week to house round corner which is great. we are going to have dinner paerty competitions or maybe starters at harry n woody's and seconds at ours. Are you coming to my hen weekend claire at lake district on 25th May cant remember whether you could come or not. Harry is booking cottage. Will be 10 of us, but also having one in Sheffield as well.

Hello Everybody

We're down the coast at the moment in Margaret River, the wine region, its really pretty although we went on a wine tour yesterday and must say the hunter valley wine was better (we're sure wine conniseurs would dissagree....).

We hired a camper again, but got a free upgrade, this time we have a big one with a shower and toilet and hot water and a microwave and fridge and telly! not the shoebox we had before. its luxury.

off to the beach today although a little overcast, but forcast 40degrees wednesday! (sorry to rub it in)
