hey all. well where do i start. after a most annoying start to my trip which saw me almost throw all my toys out of the pram, has seen me change the first couple of weeks of my trip. as you know i was to go to beijing first, but alas i was not told of the need to have a visa to enter the country (no offence to the global team, this not a rant at you). so there i was at heathrow being told i would not be able to fly and that i'd have to go home and organise to get my visa. well after having spent the whole week saying goodbye to people and saying good bye to my parents (which was much harder than i thought) i said to myself i'm not doing it all again. so to cut a long story short i'm in hong kong untill monday where i'll catch a flight to tokyo and stay there an extra 5 days. then i should providing there are no more surprises round the corner i should get back to my normal route. thank you hugh for helping at the airport and thanks barry for getting me the upgrade, just a shame i never got to use it. take care everyone and i shall update this next friday hopfully.
