The webinar I watched on the 10th of november 2020 was Whistler Blackcomb. The presenter of the webinar is Kristy Clasen and Lindsay Sande who both work in the sales department. Whistler Blackcomb is one of the largest Ski Resorts in North America and is atop of the most visited ski resorts. This large town made solely for the purpose of suiting tourists needs has many restaurants, accommodations, and shopping to ensure a satisfied trip. With 8791 Acres there is plenty of skiing. There are plenty of skii areas and the amount of terrain to cover is seemingly endless. The ski resort also provides a pedestrian only village. Whistler village can help provide all of your needs and also has direct access to the slopes. There are many career opportunities that i can see through this webinar. These job opportunities can go anywhere from retail within the whistler village to sales with the whole ski resort. Some things that interested me was how while they provided many high end restaurants and activities they also provide very affordable food and activities. This strategy allows Whistler Blackcomb to not only appeal to high end guests who will spend lots of money but also people who may not be able to afford as expensive of a trip.
