It was a mad morning packing while Dad got out of it working. Glen Alfie's dad kindly gave us a lift and we familiarised him with our bizarre central locking technique on the van.
Sarah saw us off.
We travelled light on account of years of travelling with ryanair. 7 tiny suitcases for 6 people.
The train down was lovely but M+D only had one can each which wasnt nearly enough. Dad worked. We got to Euston and went to Mcdonalds were Dad again worked.
We then caught the Piccadilly line to Heathrow terminal 4. We were tried but excited. We hadnt been to T4 but it was massive and it was lovely. We eventually found Korea Air and checked in.
Check in took 25 mins. I think because there are so many of us and were were being checked for our transfer in Seoul
Dads favourite film was the Guard
mum the Guard
joe the rise of the planet of the apes
beth the zookeeper
patrick the zookeeper
Isaac the smurfs
Korea Air was very good but we all agreed not as goods as Emirates. Dad would order 4 cokes and 2 beers. 4 beers and 2 cokes would arrive
Not a bad deal for Dad so Mum had a go, same order. She fared worse - a pack of cards.
The change in Seoul was amazing. Our first time in Asia. The airport was huge and it was very plush. It was pretty amazing, nothing was in English
We got on the plane to Auckland and it was 100% full whereas th other one was about 75%
