Today is recovery day from previous day of “too much”.

You see yesterday we decided to save 15 euros and walk down a mountain rather can take a waiting taxi.

No wait, 7.50euros per couple as we could shared the cab making it 3.75 euros per person.

Well actually less because while saving the 7.50 euros (Dom/ me) we grabbed a drink for 1.20euros on our way down. So our ride down the friggin mountain would of been 6.20 euros or 3.60 per person . Subtract the survival drink we would not have needed in the cab

Bad decision

Very very bad decision

Today we are all paying the price. I am lathering on my CBD cream and my groin muscles are spasming continuously when I sit. Doms legs are sore, Kerry possibly has a touch of sunstroke, and sue can’t sleep.

We are a sad bunch

Anyway today is a periodic rain day so we never planned much.

BUT, off Dom and I went for a casual walk. We had been looking for a supermarket and finally found one directly below our unit in the basement.

Bottle of wine is 1 to 5 euros
Beer is 1.5 euros for a litre

I bought a sandwich and off we strolled heading right to where we were told their was a beach

We went for a hour and a half with no beach to be found. Oh well it’s afternoon gelato time. We found happiness. Then back to our suite for a quick nap. Little reading and internet family time.

Technology is amazing knowing I can see and hear my daughters and family on a daily basis. Makes our travelling adventures that much more fulfilling.

Anyway tonight we are picking up food at the supermarket and cooking at the suite. The benefit of holidaying with master chef “Kerry” . The man is useless for anything else, but can he cook.
