Hello everyone! Sorry we haven't been in touch for a while, been a little busy chilling out on Phi-Phi and Lanta! (Bet your sick of hearing about how good the beaches are!)

Well, last you heard we were in Phuket, Patong; we moved from there to the beautiful island of Phi-Phi. Its a tiny island off the coast of Krabi (the west side of the gulf)., and its the most idillic place we've been yet! We got there to blazing hot sunshine and a fantastic tropical pool! for the first two nights we stayed in a wooden hut surrounded by jungle, and i can tell you it wasn't easy getting up a steep hill on a mountian with a narrow path with a 5tonne backpack on!!! It was very beautiful, but a bit basic for our sophisticated tastes (in other words there were millions of bugs!! Big bugs!!) We then moved to a different hotel that was a lot cheaper, but unfortunatly very scary and noisey as well! So yet again we moved to another hotel, was perfect! (don't we sound like the three bears??!!)

Phi Phi had everything an amazing beach, surrouded by bueatiful green mountains and amazing food and nightlife. We were in our element and ended up staying for a week! Just to keep you wondering were saving these photos till we get back!

One story we have to tell you was our near death experience with a longtail boat and a thunderstorm. It was a little choppy to say the least and not exactly very warm either we the heavens opened when we were on a boat trip round phi phi lei. Massive waves, terrentail rain and a little wooden boat with 12 people squished in are not a good mix (especially when one of them was a german with food posioning!!), however we lived to tell the tale even though were still a bit soggy!

We are now in Lanta, and are leaving all these gorgous beaches behind on Thursday to go back to Bankok! We can't believe its gone so quickly, but i think you'll be very impressed with our tans, especially John's whos made a real effort and is no longer a lobster or a milk bottle but a gorgeous bronzed addonis (john does not argee with this however a iraci said he looked like Brad Pitt!!!)

So this unfortunatly is our last pod cast then you'll be able to hear us ramble on in person! Poor you! Speak to you all on Monday!
