So meine Lieben! Allgemein ist Westaustralien `the place to be`, unglaublich grosse Bode…

re: Kakadu National ParkMarc I couldn't agree more! I'm a plnaner and usually have planned our families vacations myself, down to the last detail. Having been to Disney several times as a family I didn't think there was anything I could learn until I found myself too busy to plan and booked a trip through Sheila! It was one of our best ever and we managed 10 a ten day park holiday for what I usually budget for 7. Sheila was super, and especially patient with my need to go over every option and every last detail! Thanks for all the tips Sheila and a fabulous holiday!
re: Darwin, Northern TerritoryMostafa GREAT train ride GREAT train ride for sure.I suggest the lower cost trip just in case you get some bad wtheaer conditions. You wont get that panoramic view, but you wont fell completely ripped off at the end either =)

re: Melbourne, Victoriamick that if we get a jogger that he will use it to jog on the weenekds but I am not sure if they are too bulky for everyday use and at the end of the day when my mom goes home I will ultimately be the one getting it in and out the car and using it as he grows. I can’t afford to get one of eachI need advice on the most practical yet safe baby gear. I also need to know if I need to by all this stuff before he is born, my husband seems to think that other than the car seat the rest can wait until our son is born then we can try him out in them but I would prefer to have it on hand before hand. Any advice?
re: photo from 22 June 2012Cristina Have you considered the opsotipe conclusion? Perhaps you have the correct take on travel, and other people over value it?Like you, I generally hate travel, the lines to check in at the airport, anxiety over whether you'll make your flight because the only person checking bags at your airline is currently helping a non-English speaking couple from Eastern Europe buy tickets somewhere, flight delays, anxiety over whether you'll make your connecting flight because you landed a little land and the airline doesn't have the good sense to check who has a connecting flight and let them off the plane first while asking everyone else to remain seated, waiting at baggage claim, transportation to and from the airport, trying to find your way around a strange city, learning you don't have internet access, needing an hour of research to plan every meal, and of worst of all, dealing with customs officers who don't speak English. English! English mother f***er, do you speak it?! Christ, even JFK, a Berliner, spoke English!I like the idea of a staycation. Save up some money, take some time off of work, and just do whatever you want. Eat out and order two desserts, go to movies in the afternoon, find a bar that serves a flight of 12 wine samples (there's one near your office, but I can't remember the name). Some people enjoy the thrill of getting to brag to other people about the places they've been to, but I think vacations should be about relaxing, and there's no easier place to do that than where your home is.
re: Auf ins OutbackRoepy Alam ko last year merong booth ang Cebu Pacific. Siguro ngyoan instead of shelling out money for their exhibit, they'd rather advertise their piso fares promo. Mas tipid nga naman I never did find out kung anong meron sa Asian Spirit booth. Ang daming tao masyado, kaya ang ikot nalang ako!

re: Sydney, New South WalesRecki I'm with you. I'd love to see the world too, and would ESPECIALLY love to go backpacking, but Europe is #1 on my list of Places to Visit. Specifically: London, Paris, Greece, Southern Italy.I'm not big on trveal memoirs, though. The only one I've ever read was Mark Twain's Roughing It, which I liked well enough. Although I do enjoy reading about the American Modernists' sojourns in Paris in the 1920s. One of the reasons I must go there!.-= EL Fayb4s last blog .. =-.
