21/06/06 Time to think and sort head out. The simplicity and hardship of many Vietnamese people make me realise that there are very basic and important things that make up a great day- kindness, love, loyalty,sunshine, good food, dedication to family,& loved ones,health,laughter, sky juice and time-Time to think and act... What is important should not be usurped by trivia- how big your bum is etc-- I cannot believe how much people smile and laugh here- even when they have so little. Hope I manage to escort some of this back with me.. I hope I can learn from being here- I know Louis, my family and friends remain top of my list and for a minute I weep for the times I have neglected any of you- at this moment my heart is full and want you to know how much strength , faith , happiness and security you give me. Have arrived in Hoi An- what an incredible place. I love it here -more tomorrow.
