Hello, once again i've not quite fallen off the edge of the map! We're here in Milan waiting for our overnight train to Barcelona. The train is meant to be really nice, well the cost of the suppliment seems to indicate that it's a palace on train tracks! We're sitting in a branch on Western Union checking our emails in between main course (paninis) and dessert (icecream!). I'm sure I've seen some members of the mafia, although i've not seen anyone with a violin case, a good sign i feel!! Milan seems a bit run down around the station, we've decided to give seeing the sights a miss. Probably a waste, but sometimes you can see too much cultural stuff! We've met some other backpackers who have gone to pretty much all the same places as we have, so that's been quite exciting and we're all getting the same train tonight. Italy has been very pretty, but SO hot. Which means that i will of course have to make another visit here to fully appreciate it all!!! Hope you're all ok and that someone out there is reading this!
