Well am now in New York and the tour officailly ended yesterday. Since my last blog i can tell you that we arrived in Washington DC and we first did a night tour of the main places of interest which was amazing. Went to Arlington Cemetery and saw JFKs grave and also the Imo Jema statue of the five soldiers holding up the flag. Also saw the Lincoln Memorial and the Monoument point which was amazing at night. Also so Union Station and of course the White House which was pretty cool. Had a couple of good nights with the other group members and went out on the town in Washington. As i say we travelled to New York yesterday via Phillidelphia where i saw the Rocky Steps from the films and ran up them like him. When we arrived in New York we all went out for the last night and ended up in a bar so feel very hung over today. Am travelling to Boston tomorrow to see my cousin and from there fly back home on the 24th June and my travels will be over. have met so many great people and have made losts of contacts so will never be short of accomodation on any future travels.
