Hello ickle Helen!!! I have been reading with great interest and...quite framnkly astonishment at the amount of stuff youve been up to these past couple of months. I cant get over how you sound like helen...and yet also...someone else!!! This whole travelling malarchy really must have got to you hey??!! I am also smiling at the thought of you on all those long walks...good job Teresa wasnt there for those??!! Sorry to have not written for so long...Ive also had to apologise to Teresa. Am finding time now as am off work sick...cant really move so typing is as physical as it gets at the mo!! Sounds like youve really come a long way in sorting out what it is you want to do, and where you wouldnt mind doing it...I must say it sounds very....healthy!! And also sounds as though its definately the right decision to come home if you feel its time...staying out there for the sake of it to do some irrelevant job would just dampen the whole enthusiasm you seem to have for the future. Plus it would be really good to see you, sit down and have a good old chin wag!!! My job is hunky dory at the mo, have been told to expect a payrise soon...whooppeee!!! I also put an offer in on a flat last week! It got turned down though as the woman wants loads for it...even the estate agent said its over priced!! Quite disappointed as was imagining having all the girls over for a drink...putting up xmas deccies and stuuufff!!! Oh well, we will have to wait and see what happens. Ben is ace...there...I think that sums up that part of my life quite well for now!!!! I cant believe you went to the neighbours set!!! surely the place must seem like a step back in time its so old???!!! Looks like you are definately coming back then! At least you have had a great time for 5 months and have probably done 10 times more then my brother has and he has been travelling for 2 years. Have you managed to sort out your flight home yet? hopefully you have managed to get on the same plane as us. It is all coming around very quickly now! I have checked with my mum and it is fine for you too stay at there house before we fly home. We may be able to meet up when you travel down the west coast.
Any way better go, it will be great to have you home. I am not sure about the idea of going out on the sat we get back!!!!!!!!!! Do you know how tired we will be from 24 hours travelling. Some of us have to go back to work on the monday!!!!!!!!!!!! I must be getting old (25 now)

Hi Helena. I am in shock and have had to sit down. I am so glad that you are coming home as I have really missed you, but I am gutted for you that your travels have come to an end. Oh my god this means I have 6 weeks to stick to my diet and actually lose some weight !!!! Julie and I had an eventful night in Plymouth on Saturday. The fire alarm went off at 3am so we had to evacuate the hotel. We then found out a rugby team were staying on our floor so they looked after us. When we were allowed back into the hotel Julie invited the whole rugby team back to our room for pizza. A few lads came back and had cold pizza and chips, they were very sweet. They stayed for about 30 mins and then went back to their own room. Jesters is finally being re-furbished so it was closed (me and Julie nearly cried). Things between C and I are fine. My new neice is now home and doing well, she is gorgeous. I have put the 6th May in my diary for your big return home party and have pre-warned the Newquay campside that we may be adding your name. Thank you for the parcel, it is lovely. Do you have an address for me to send your birthday card too or shall I keep it here for when you return?? Look after yourself and enjoy the rest of your trip. Also hurry up and post the neighbours pictures as I cant wait to see you stood outside Harold's house and check you out for dining with the stars of neighbours. See you soon. Easy there jules! What the hell happened!! Thanks mum for that loving message, i'm so pleased i sent that mothers day card for you today! Anyway, yes teresa and i made into the neighbours party!! Well the decision is finally made then. Pity there won't be anybody at the airport at 5.30 am to pick you up.
At least you have given me six weeks warning to get more food in and clean your bedroom. Must say that
Melbourne looks a lovely city. We have been watching the Games - in particular the marathon and the tri-athlon
so that I can see what St Kilda looks like. The bit I have seen looks very nice - right by the ocean with palm trees -
very exotic. Been watching lots of swimming too. Really pleased that we are stuffing the Aussies although their
women are doing quite well. Your route home sounds very comprehensive - I think you have got everything
covered on the sightseeing front. You will be able to advise us all when we come to do our bit of travelling.

You're coming back just in time for me to stop the medication and start the drinking again!! Received your present on Friday but couldn't open it until this morning as Eve was in France when it arrived. Arranged a night in next week as mum and dad are away so we're going to have our night in on Helen on Thursday. I have been told that the milo bars from Australia are supposed to be very nice ....... As Holly mentioned we went to Plymouth on Saturday, Holly came in support of me seeing Bonk trying to sort things out which as you can imagine that didn't really go with a bang. Had a great night seeing a few mates of mine though so for that it was worth the trip. No man spoils my night out!!!! Well, got to do a bit more work before lunch. Oh my God, I can't believe you are going to be home soon hun! I know you said you feel totally ready to come home as you have acheived everything you set out to acheive but I am sorry your travels are coming to an end but also very excited that you are back with us sooner rather than later. Just think, you'll be able to do the Race for Life and come to Newquay with us! I hope you enjoy your last few weeks on the other side of the world - I know you'll make the most of them.
