Leg 5 - race 7 - day 12
Got up at 12 today (midday ) we are changing shifts round so I have to do 3 lots of 5 hour shifts. Noodles for lunch On deck at 12-5pm
Went to take a reef out and noticed runners in main sail mast had come lose so Carl helped Bob and Matt to fix them. Flying along today. At this rate we could be in Vietnam early.
Had dinner on deck at 5pm then came onto standby. I had a migraine so took some tablets and had a lay down. Back on watch 3am- 7am still flying along.averaging around 13knots and as high as 15. Saw the sun come up then finished shift at 7. Had some cereal and went to bed
