Last day in Singapore We had a lay in as it was our last day in Singapore. We had breakfast at 'Tak Po' restaurant again. Jay had chicken congee (rice porridge) and Helen had cuttlefish congee. Day 5 We woke up at 8.30am and got ready for breakfast at the 'Tak Po' restaurant below our hostel. This is restaurant is famous in Chinatown for Hong Kong dim sum and home cooked dishes. After breakfast we went to 'Harbourfront' station to get to Sentosa Island, we got to the island on a cable car, it cost 24SGD each and this included entry pass to the island. Day 4 Jay woke up at 7.30am he then woke Helen up at 7.45am. We went to Royal Brothers Building to collect our passports with our Chinese visas. It cost 120 SGD, approximately 60 pounds, which is a lot cheaper than if we got it done in the UK. Day 3 We woke up at 10am feeling good as we did not use the alarm to wake us up. We made our way to the Marriott pool thinking it was an indoor pool, it was a pleasant surprise to find out it was a lovely outdoor pool with the sun beaming down, we had a swim and dried off in the sun then went to use the spa facilities one last time. Day 2 We set the alarm to wake us up at 7am, but we struggled to wake up as the Marriott bed was way too comfortable and luxurious.
