Rain stopped this morning after raining all night (no drama with leaks) We visited Marrawah to-day such a lovely day wonderful views and scenery. We went for a nice drive today very lush scenery. Leven Canyon was a very deep gorge 275m. The lookout had a metal mesh floor which you could see through overhanging the edge, I thought I was very brave walking out on it!! We also visited Wings Wild Life Park (it was out in the middle of nowhere). We also saw Preston Falls. Had a rest in the afternoon was raining.

We are at Somerset Gardens Cabin and Caravan Park very big with lots of trees a pretty spot. We had morning tea at Penguin. We went and explored Burnie visiting the Makers Work Shop, which had local artist work and local cheese for sale also hand made paper. Then off to Fern glade in search of the elusive platypus! No platypus again but a very nice walk very lush..
