We left New Norfolk for Risdon suburb of Hobart Tas. The caravan Park Discovery Park is OK the space was a bit tricky (small) but once in alright and we have the luxury of a bathroom to ourselves. Dont think we would be able to put our awning out tho.

This morning we went to Hobart which is only about 45 minutes away. Went to the Salamanca Markets at the Harbor front, was a nice morning. There was a display of old and modern cars for Breast cancer Foundation, for $2.00 you could choose which one you liked best by putting a pink bow beside the car. After lunch we went to Mount Field NP back at New Norfolk was very interesting another beautiful waterfall and a huge rainbow across the hills as we were leaving. ...

Rest day. We went on a antique trail of New Norfolk, surprising how many there are we visited about 6. One was in the old asylum very large lots of things but I would have to watch Antique Road Show more to know what I was really looking at. Today we went to Strathgordon seeing lake Gordon Peddar lake and Teds Beach, lovely scenery high plains and amazing quartzite ranges. Temperature 7c to 10c warmer at New Norfolk 18c.

We traveled From Lake St Clair to New Norfolk today, which is only about 35k from Hobart. We seem to have 4 days spare before checking into Hobart so we are going to stay here and do some day trips The caravan and camping ground here appears to be a converted oval. We stopped off at Tarraleah Tas on the way to see the Hydro Electricity System.
