There are two footbridges in Rishikesh, and this one is just on the other side of the market from where we are staying. They look architecturally sound, but walking across them during some of the evening wind storms makes me wonder sometimes... Let's just say that women have been walking across them literally holding onto their sarees in order to not lose their clothing. The wind really blows through this river valley!
