Another resident of the IDU community has found shelter in this cement pipe. It's amazing what many of the addicts have lost since they started using drugs. Many of them came from villages and areas outside Delhi with the hope of finding work in the city. Most have been disowned from their families and now live in the Yamuna Bazaar region we visited.
