Dr. Paul (who we worked with the whole time in Than Gaon) is the only doctor that serves the 10,000 residents of the surrounding 29 villages. The official clinic is in Than Gaon, but he, the pharmacist, another helper, and any students walk to some of the surrounding villages to provide treatment. Here we set up "clinic" at a school in Bakarna (about 1 hour's walk from Than Gaon.)
