Hey all I had a fantastic time in Texas. The BBC was wrong when they did their 4 week Texas season. They said everyone was fat and stupid. When I was in Austin on 6th street I had never seen so many slim, attractive and stylish people in one place. Perhaps further out they are fatter. Austin was a hip and very radical, left wing uni town. Great live music and intelligent people. I went to Houston for a couple of days and that was good too. I got the bus to Lafayette today where I am going to appreciate the great food and live music that is cajun country. Off to New Orleans in a few days for even more music. I feel as though I am having too much god damn fun!! See you all soon - yikes!! Emily xx
