Hello from windy Wellington!!! Here we are finally at the end of our time in New Zealand. Sadly!!! Wish we could stay for a bit longer and go to the south island!!! We booked into a hostel which would let us camp out te back. Big mistake (for any travellers on the site in New Zealand stay at Rowena's lodge at your own peril. Definately NOT recommended) So being utterly fed up we then went and booked into another FRIENDLY place who actually showed us where everything was. And we had a twin room. We went and did everything, including the utterly amazing and WOW factor Te Papa museum. We experienced an earthquake and Kieran created one (part of the hands on experience!!). We also visited the smaller and less WOW Wellington's city and maritime museum. We learned a lot about boats and the Wahine disaster. The rest of the time we just enjoyed being in the city. We went out for a Fantastic meal at a restaurant called "the establishment" (travellers GO THERE!!!) where we enjoyed wine and tapas and fabulous pudding. It really was a highlight! We also got Kieran a haircut as you can see from the new photos. Yay! I hear his mum cry! We also went to a revolving Sushi bar for lunch. Pretty much lived it up is the expression!!! So thats all from the country of the all blacks!!! Now we can look forward to Oz! Speak to you all soon from another country!!! Wish you were here, Hazel and Kieran xxxxxxx
