Hi there

Well we have made it to Mykonos after an eventful trip to Ios. Left Prague at midnight, flew to athens, jumped straight on a bus to the port to make the 7am ferry. We all fell straight to sleep of course, then when we arrived Me Liz and Katie jumped off and waited for the others (who were on the other side of the ferry). After the ferry unloaded, reloaded and took off we realised they were on their way to Santorini. They ended up going on a bit of a scenic tour of a few islands to finally make in to Ios at 8pm that night!

Ios was fantastic - beautiful beaches and the best nightlife - 2 nights we stayed near town and made sure we got round to most of the bars, then we stayed at Far Out Beach club for a night which is like a big party on the beach, very fun!! Also discovered the joy of souvalakis - Liz had the record of 3 in one day!

Had a bit of a drama when Jane lost her bag with her wallet, phone, camera and photos in it - thank god she still has her passport! Then we had to take off to Mykonos and when we arrived we had no accomodation so after a bit of a tour of the island and walking back down to the ferry port we finally found an amazing apartment overlooking the beach. Looking forward to seeing if the nightlife is as good as Ios!
