Hi everyone,

So after the action packed first day here in Byron, I have to say we haven't been up to a lot since!

We have just been chilling down at the beach or around the hostel. Been reading a lot and chatting to some cool people. Its one of the most sociable hostels I think we have stayed in, everyone is so nice and friendly which gives it a really cool atmosphere.On Monday night they held a talent show outdoors, it was great, live music for free, everyone was very talented.

Had my last night with the girls, last night, they were very sweet and got me a bottle of champagne, chocolate cake and a card. Tonight we are just going to go for a meal before I have to get the 14 hour greyhound to Sydney at 11pm.

Really sad to be leaving the girls, I'm definitely going to feel lost for a few days without them but I'm so excited about seeing Mum and Dad and spending the last 3 weeks of travelling in a bit of luxury!
