Hellloooo! hope you both are having the BEST time! i love this tour journal its great, makes me sooo jealous though!just read your going to Langkawi!!!!and i just had to tell you how AMAZING it is and beautiful...make sure you find the waterfall that you can go sliding down...think i stayed in a place called Geko if you need somewhere to go...it had a lovely resident monkey!you will definately get the langkawi bug and not want to leave!i hope you have the most wonderfulest time

Ed needs to check he hasn't been bitten, if not it cud just be all the travelling and walking. when yousit he needs to put his foot up. If you can get hold of an elastic bandnage or support bandage ( like a sports support sock try and get one, or try and get some ice on it. Let me know how he gets on.
