Greetings! I will be trying my best to keep a (somewhat accurate) account of my travels over the next few months. I hope you all enjoy.

If I could explain how excited I feel right now I would, but knowing that I will be soon fulfilling a childhood dream of mine to explore the world Is something that I have wanted to do for as long as I can remember. To be carrying out something as important to me as this feels amazing, and I feel as though there's no better time to do so. With no immediate commitments I feel free. knowing the weekends I have sacrificed working instead of hanging out with friends makes this so much better.
I am only (wait for it) ONE beer down and already feeling it. I guess that is what all those weekends spent working instead of partying does to a man. Turns him into a sissy! Will defo need to lift my game for the states, where I'll be catching up with long lost friends and losing the plot. First I shall be sticking out the grim 30 hours to NYC (yay)
