Hello everybody. Harriet is trying to upload photos on another computer so I'm doing the blog. We had an absolutely fantastic time at the opera in Bregenz - it was awe-inspiring. Not only was the stage actually in a lake, it also moved about in the most ridiculous ways. The technology was amazing, never mind the music (which was also great). We arrived in Cologne this afternoon after stopping off for 2 hours in Dusseldorf to meet up with helen's German exchange partner, Anne. We ate in Macdonalds, and then had 30 minutes to see Dusseldorf. We have had a nice wander around cologne, and settled into our hostel, and have at last found a cheap internet cafe.
