Day 27 - We conquered Adam's Peak!!! Today has been the most incredible day! We had set our alarms for 2am and it was surprisingly easy to get up I think we were all a little excited! Day 26 - Time for Tea A very early start at 5am to set off for Horton Plains national park which is where you can walk for around 7km through grass land and forest, the main attraction is 'World's end' which is ona cliff top with a sheer drop providing amazing views across the countryside. Day 25 - Choo Choo.. All aboard The mist and cloud had cleared by morning after a very comfortable sleep listening to monkeys crawl across the roof! Day 24 - Ella, Ella, Under my umbrella.. I got up extra early this morning at 6am as I wanted to watch the sunrise over the sea as we were on the east coast, i couldn't sleep anyway it was so hot and sweaty, it was worth getting up for. There was no one around and I strolled down the beach taking lots of good photos of the sunrise, very peaceful, I then went and had a cup of tea to wait untill the others got up. Day 23 - We're going on an elephant hunt! Nothing much better than opening the room's door straight onto a view of the sea and sunrise.. We got up nice and early to try and do a spot of surfing before breakfast.
