Looks like you had a great day doing one of your favourite things.. eating different kinds of food.
We are really looking forward to seeing you tomorrow and hearing all your stories from your trip.
Much love and lots of kisses tomorrow Mum , Dad, Alex and still not forgetting Olivia xxxxx

Bonsoir tout le monde! I am reposting my previous message because the computer does not like adjacent << >>, which is a little odd!
I hope you all enjoyed the French "bonbons" (sweets): they sound extremely yummy. What did you think of real French baguettes and croissants? How did ordering your meal go? It will be lovely to hear how everything went when you are back. Maybe you could all do a Year 10 assembly on your trip?
I am looking forward to seeing you all and hearing you all speaking French. I am also looking forward to teaching English to my Year 10 group next week with Miss. Roberts... Back to our poetry work (travail de poésie) on the "Lady of Shalott" ("La Dame de Shalott"), Dan, Lara and Sebastian!
Au revoir,
Madame Makin
PS. Did you know that the French don't use the same speech marks as we do in English? They use this kind: <<... >>. Also, did you know that pupils write on squared and lined paper in all their lessons (go into a Maison de la Presse and have a look at some "cahiers" (exercise books)!
PPS. Mr. Hart: shouldn't a translation of your name be "Monsieur Cerf" rather than "Monsieur Cœur"? :-)
Finally, for Year 10's "phrase du soir": "à bientôt" (See you soon!).

Sebastian, your little brothers are very jealous of your trip to the sweet factory - did you get to try any?
And what did you think of the snails - hopefully there was plenty of garlic with them!
We have loved seeing all your photos this week - what a fantastic trip. A big thank you to all for the fantastic organisation that has gone into it.
Much much love Sebastian and can't wait to see you tomorrow
Mummy, Dad, Jude and Xavier.
Hens sleeping soundly! XX

Bonjour,
I hope you have all enjoyed your time in France. It looks like it from the photos-very jealous of the sweet factory. It has been very quiet around school without you all. I'm looking forward to hearing all about your trip when you get back!
Mummy Younger
Hi Jamie and All
Wow what a fab day you had today. Hope you tried some of the new food Jamie and maybe even found a new favourite?! It's been great reading all about your time in France and seeing the pics.
I wish you all a very safe journey home tomorrow and look forward to seeing you soon
Love you lots
Mum, Paul and Hollie

PS the taxi will wait and bring you home x
Monsieur Coeur
Bonjour to you all! Well it looks like you got the full food tour today - freshly baked baguettes and pains au chocolat, awesome tiny croissants, steak frites, moules, escargots, sweets... all looked delicious, apart from the Welsh Burger which looked horrendous. Tell Miss Brady the Welsh can keep that! Okay, here's a good French joke thanks to Max Buckley: There were two cats, one from England called "One Two Three" and one from France called "Un Deux Trois" and they wanted to have a swimming race across the English channel. Which cat won the race?? Answer: The English Cat of course... because "Un Deux Trois Quatre Cinq!". BOOM! Enjoy your last twenty four hours... see you tomorrow.
Jemma
Hi everyone! The weather looked pretty rotten for you yesterday. I hope today is better! The snails looked a little... odd, but I hear some of you liked them! Keep enjoying yourselves. Girls, it is very quiet in the dorm without you all. See you soon! Jemma
Moyo
Hi, Year 10
Hope you are having a good time. Are you speaking any French? How was the farm? Are you enjoying the French Food?.
School is quite quiet.
See you on Sunday
Miss Bell
Bonjour à tous!
It's very quiet at Moor House without all of you to keep us busy, so I've had some time to look through all of the lovely photos this morning. The farm looks like lots of fun and I am very jealous of all the pain au chocolat and fromage you must be having for your petit déjeuner! Also loving the French plaits girls - you look like locals!
Looking forward to hearing all about your adventures next week - bring me back some brie!
Miss Bell
