First on the agenda today was a gym mission. Where I signed up for a month at a hotel gym. Although a cool day for Malawi, the gym was roasting. I woke early, the last thing I wanted to do on my last day of holiday, so I decided to get my packing done. With this done I had an hour to sit and relax as I waited for the family to return from Manhattan. At 12:30 we walked to Skillman Avenue and went to the Dog & Duck Gastropub for lunch. I would like to say being on holiday has allowed me to sleep in everyday. That would be incorrect however. I have been up around 8am everyday. Today was no exception. After I great night asleep I was full of energy. I went for a run on the coolest day since I arrived in NYC.
